What AstroBoard provides
AstroBoard is a paid self-promotion and advertising board for astrologers. A completed payment buys digital listing visibility. It is not a wager, investment, prize, or chance-based reward, and users cannot withdraw money from AstroBoard.
Paid amounts determine listing position under the public ranking rules. Position may change whenever another listing qualifies for a higher rank. A payment does not guarantee a fixed rank, duration at a rank, number of clicks, customers, revenue, professional credibility, or any other outcome.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may submit only a website or social profile that you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing, profile description, claims, and destination.
Listings and ranking
The current prices, ranking method, permitted destinations, and payment rules are described on the Rules page. Rankings are paid promotional placements, not independent reviews, certifications, or endorsements. Visitors should assess each astrologer for themselves.
We may reject, hide, pause, recategorize, or remove listings that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, impersonating another person, or contrary to the Rules. Removal for a breach does not create a refund except where applicable law requires one.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's terms and privacy practices apply to checkout. A listing is activated only after AstroBoard verifies the Razorpay payment signature, order, captured amount, and currency. Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. You may abandon an unpaid checkout without charge. A captured payment starts the digital placement service immediately.
Acceptable use
You may not use AstroBoard to:
- promote illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate another person or list a destination without authorization;
- make unlawful medical, financial, or guaranteed-result claims;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights; or
- manipulate payments, rankings, click counts, or the operation of the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give AstroBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, and publicly display that content and public metadata from your submitted destination for operating and promoting the board. You may request removal by contacting us, but removal does not reverse a completed advertising service or create an automatic refund.
Availability and liability
AstroBoard is provided on an as-available basis. We may correct errors, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and change prospective prices or features. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AstroBoard is not responsible for indirect losses or for the content, conduct, or services of listed astrologers and external websites.
Law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other right available under applicable law. We may update these Terms and will publish the new effective date here. Terms in effect when a payment is completed continue to apply to that payment unless the law requires otherwise.
